Booking Information:

• Booking deposit: ₹15,000 per person
• Second installment (₹15,000 per person) due 60 days before travel
• Remaining amount payable at journey commencement
• Travel to and from Omkareshwar is self-arranged

Cancellation Policy:

• 90+ days prior: ₹3000 deduction, refund available
• 60-90 days prior: ₹8000 deduction, refund available
• 30-59 days prior: 25% of total package cost
• Within 30 days: No refund
• If travel is disrupted by natural calamities or government restrictions, payments will be adjusted for future tours.

Accommodation & Travel:

• 2+2 AC sleeper bus with air suspension
• Hotels with double-bed attached bathrooms, except in Omkareshwar (quad sharing)
• Non-AC rooms, AC upgrade available at extra charge

Food & Beverages:

• Pure vegetarian, sattvic meals (no onion, garlic, carrots, beets)
• Morning tea/coffee and two meals daily
• Packaged RO-purified water (2 liters per person per day)
